I understand that a cancellation of less than 24 hours will result in requiring a deposit in order to reserve an appointment in the future and a cancellation fee of half of the appointment.

I understand that hair manipulation (physical and chemical) may vary due to the quantity, quality, and history of your hair.

I understand that gratuity is cash only. I am also aware that Artistry has an ATM available in salon and that my artist may have other forms of payments (such as Venmo or Zelle).
